| Grading Policy | Selected homework assignments from the textbook will be collected in class and graded periodically on a weekly basis.
To get a full credit, you need to show all your work on paper and hand your
assignments in on due date. No late homework will be accepted. If you happen to have an emergency, please bring your supporting documents with you when you come to see me. Exam dates are only tentative and will be confirmed in class at least a week in advance. All the exams (midterms and final) will be closed-book. You are allowed to bring one 8.5x11 double-sided formula sheet for the midterm exams. A formula sheet will be provided in class a week before the final to review the topics for the final. Calculators are authorized, but cannot be shared. No early or late exam will be given without a written and legitimate excuse, such as conflict examinations, death in the family, accidents,... There will be weekly assigned Homeworks (30%), two Midterms (40%) and one Final Exam(30%). |
