“Rank Based Analyses of Multivariate Linear Model with Applications to Profile Analysis”

In this talk, we present several new rank based procedures for the analysis of multivariate linear models and then compare them on a two-sample repeated measures design.  We begin with a review of componentwise rank based analyses.  We then briefly discuss an affine equivariant rank based procedure; a simple weighting procedure which leads naturally to an analysis of GEE models; and finally a two-stage analysis based on a simple transformation for the two-sample repeated measures design.
