Word Processing.
It is preferred that you create your text in LaTeX; other word-processing formats
(e.g., Star-Office, MS-Word) are acceptable.

Abstract.
Abstract part should be sent to the editor separately in ASCII text format.

Submission.
Submission of accepted papers as electric manuscripts,
(i.e., via email, 3.5 inch Disk, CD, etc), is encouraged.
LaTeX, pdf and postscript files are preferred.
