Scope 
 
    The conference will highlight the major trends in several areas of nonparametric statistics, to facilitate the exchange of research ideas, promote collaboration among researchers from the US and Europe, and contribute to the further development of the field. The program will include special invited talks, review talks, invited talks and contributed talks on all areas of nonparametric statistics. Round table discussions will consider web based smoothing algorithms and approaches to teaching nonparametric statistics.
