Data collection forms
The following forms have been used for collecting data on students in
introductory statistics classes. The students are then given opportunities
to analyze their class' own data.
- 50-item survey questionnaire. Mostly categorical and
binary data, but a few discrete measurement variables. Topics
covered include: demographics, family background, educational background,
leisure activities, personal belongings, residence and personal life.
