Donald Richards is Professor of Statistics in the Department of Statistics at Penn State University, University Park. His research interests include multivariate statistical analysis, statistical reliability theory, genetic algorithms, time series analysis, probability inequalities, representation theory and harmonic analysis, mathematical analysis, special functions of matrix argument, combinatorics, and applications.
